The EPS team is an experienced group of talented and passionate event pros. Who put their heart, soul, and diverse backgrounds into every event we produce. We aim to exceed expectations and produce safe, fun, and fan-friendly events, engaging the communities that host them.   • Jeff Miller – Founder / Executive Director / Talent Buyer

    With over 20 years working in the music business, Jeff brings a vast array of talents & experience to every project. A proven leader and dedicated manager, with a long track record of successful events. Jeff’s varied roles have included concert producer & executive director of Austin based Event Production Services (EPS), merchandising design & sales for bands such as Furthur, Gov’t Mule & Widespread Panic, and art and food vendor manager for the Austin City Limits Music Festival. In addition, he is a highly sought after concert poster artist. His fanatical love for live music and energetic work ethic are well known by anyone who has worked with him. His drive for a successful event is evident by the countless hours of thoughtful planning and insight that can only come from someone with his extensive & varied experience.

    Jeff’s current projects include Event Production Services (Founder / Director of Events / Talent Buyer), Cryptical Development Creative Group (Owner & Artist), and Production Director for several high profile events.

  • Alex Vallejo – Partner / Talent Buyer / Director of Community Relations

    Alejandro “Alex” Vallejo is best known as the drummer and founding member of the award-winning Austin rock band VALLEJO. Alex is also the VP of Vallejo Music Group, artist consultant and board member at Austin Music Foundation, co-founder of the Pachanga Latino Music Festival, board member for non-profit EQ Austin, & music director at School of Rock. In addition to his long-term role on the EPS team as Talent Buyer and Director of Community Relations, as of early 2019, Alex joins our executive team as Partner at EPS and EPS Presents. Alex brings a wealth of industry experience, knowledge and seemingly endless positivity and energy to every project he is involved with.

  • Michaelyne Escobar – Senior Producer / Director of Private Events

    Michaelyne brings over 17 years of experience in live event production, project management, sales, and client relations to EPS. As a native Austinite, she began her career at Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) and then George P. Johnson (GPJ), leading her teams on the AMD and IBM accounts. Michaelyne followed her passion for live music and helped pioneer Private Events for ACL Live at the Moody Theater and 3TEN ACL Live as Director of Events. Michaelyne led her team in executing over 1,000+ events ranging from clients such as Viacom, Paramount, American Express, Red Bull, Tito’s Handmade Vodka, iTunes, Billboard, Rolling Stone Magazine, Spotify, Cirrus Logic, AMD, and Yeti (and many more!). Her love for local non-profits and the Austin community helped Michaelyne launch the non-profit hybrid gala and concert model. This program has brought millions back to the Austin non-profit community for clients such as Mack, Jack, and McConaughey, Andy Roddick Foundation, and Save Muny.⁠ Her most recent endeavor led her into sponsorship sales for festivals such as Something in the Water, Fantastic Fest, and Pharrell Williams DE&I Business Forum, Mighty Dream. Michaelyne brings unparalleled experience, excitement, and enthusiasm to every event!

  • Mike Fackler – Producer / Production Manager

    Mike supplies EPS with a diverse range of knowledge, skills & backgrounds in athletic as well as music events. Born & raised in Texas, he began his studies in business & sports management at the University of Texas. Mike lent his development & management skills to help design & set up the bike course for the first two Danskin Women’s Triathlon Series in Austin. As a trained triathlete, he’s served as former board member of both the Austin Triathletes Club & North Austin Youth Association.

    Mike’s love for the live music scene led to his eventual involvement with the production end of the business. Ranging in roles from roadie, merchandising, and emcee to stage & production manager, he has met every position with enthusiasm & vigor.

    Mike joined the crew in 2007 to work EPS produced events such as Keep Austin Weird Music Festival, Fun Fun Fun Fest and several others. As EPS has grown, so have his contributions. Mike’s knowledge, skill, & leadership are a valuable asset to our staff. The EPS team is proud to offer his expertise & management for any event.

  • Kristina Miller – Producer / Vendor Manager

    Kristina brings a variety of skills & expertise to the table, helping EPS grow from its inception. In addition to production experience, she also is an artist & former vendor, giving her inside knowledge of how vendors & production operate. She can foresee their needs, as well those of the event, and incorporate the two seamlessly.

    Kristina has offered her services to various non-profits such as Old Settler’s Music Fest since 2000. Starting out as the assistant vendor coordinator, she has been Vendor Relations Manager & on-site coordinator since 2004. Most notably, Kristina lent her hand in the creation of the vendor system & policies for Austin City Limits Music Festival. From 2003-2006, she was the lead vendor supervisor on duty, and the on-site vendor manager for the ACLMF art market. Her insight, flexibility, people skills, and pure passion make her a key member of the EPS planning & production teams.

  • Charles D. Kithcart – Site Operations

    For over 20 years, Charles “D” Kithcart has been a valued influence on the special event and live music scene. Charles’ career has covered all aspects of production, primarily site and stage crew management. For the past 16 years, he has created visual effects, including shooting video and film content of events and international music groups at major festivals. His creativity enhances visual aspects of stage shows with cutting edge images; melding old-school analog with new digital media.

    A well-known figure in the industry, D’s hard work and experience always leads to consistently positive, memorable results.

  • Leslie Laudieri – Office Manager / Line Producer / Production Office Manager

    Leslie Laudieri has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2010 and an alumnus of Texas State University. She has worked in public accounting and continues to use her skills to help small business owners achieve their goals and comply with reporting requirements. In the five years she has been with EPS, she has streamlined the accounting function and improved operational processes. Her love of live music and business acumen made her a natural fit for her role as our office manager. Her positive attitude and willingness to roll up her sleeves make her an integral part of any event as our on-site production office manager. A lifelong Austin resident, Leslie knows her way around the City and all the rockstars in it.

  • Pat Gilles – Director of Business Development / Senior Event Manager

    Patrick’s skill and expertise with large scale project management and developing and maintaining relationships, developed serving the public for 25 years, fit well into the EPS team. His extensive experience providing event management, managing artist and sponsor hospitality have led to high levels of client satisfaction and multiple compliments from artists and management.

    Patrick regularly serves large scale international conventions for up to forty thousand attendees. He has provided installations and operations for exhibits at major pop cultural events across the country with over 100,000 attendees. His past events include service to the Austin City Limits Music Festival, Carrolton Festival at the Switchyard and The Cuervo Games.

  • Kesey Hunter Miller – Director of Office Morale / Ambassador of Good Will

    Kesey Hunter is a pure bred Chesapeake Bay Retriever owned by EPS owners Jeff and Kristina Miller. You may meet Kesey greeting guests at EPSHQ or out at shows as EPS ambassador of good will.
